Domobar Super allows you to obtain excellent steam performance and extraction temperature adjustment: the temperature can be adjusted to the degree and determine the perfect extraction curve for your coffee quality. The power of the steam supply is adjustable according to one's ability.

Display OLED

These adjustments, in the digital and electronic version, are accessible from the 3.5 ”touch display, in addition to other functions of daily operation. You can also access the verification of meter sessions, intercepting anomalies and alarms. The display is a true control center for all the parameters of the machine

Select the extraction curve for your espresso. With ten available profiles, you’ll find the right one to get the best out of your coffee.The tray made in synthetic material is light and easy to handle and eliminates the risk of scratches and bumps on the edges. The tray has been scratchproofed to make it dishwasher-safe. A level sensor always monitors the level of the water tank. The dedicated LED indicates the need for refilling.

Ergonomics and energy saving

Eco mode is present, to lower the temperature of the machine in times of inactivity and obtain significant energy savings. Knobs and dispensing lever have an ergonomic shape that allows a more precise delivery of water and steam, giving character to the machine design.

Dual Boiler

The dual boiler system has two boilers: one for espresso extraction and the other to deliver steam and hot water for tea.

Customise your Domobar: with our range of colours you can match your machine to any environment. ANd when it’s time for a change, you can give your machine a new look: the side panels are fixed on with magnets, so they can easily be removed and replaced with a different colour whenever you like.

NEW SOFTWARE

• New and easily-readable graph. The graph displayed during the extraction shows the real time data for both the count-up in seconds and the pressure levels. Now it is possible to view both the count up seconds in real time and the real time pressure.
• Changeable pressure profiles during extraction. If pressure profiles are activated, you can set up 7 customized segments and easily skip from one segment to the other during the extraction using the new arrows displayed under the graph.
• Manual profiling. If you switch to manual profiling, you will also be able to manually adjust the extraction pressure as you brew.
• Improved user interface. With the new software, the machine will give you direct access to the desired menu with a single click. For example, if you touch the temperature icon you will open the temperature settings; if you click the boiler icon, you will access the option to activate or deactivate it.
• Sound options. You will be able to enable or disable the beep sound with just a touch.
• Automatic cleaning program. Available on the Electronic version.
• Energy saving button. When the machine enters energy saving mode, the steam boiler will adjust to 90°C and the brew boiler to 70°C. You can set an automatic activation time of your choice or manually activate it by pressing the button.
